It is vital that we put our health first and dedicate some time to focusing on our physical and mental wellbeing. Equally as important is that we think, feel and act in ways that are mindful of and kind to others.

A productive, collaborative work environment. Our open office spaces are designed to promote productivity and encourage colleague interaction.
Flexible Work Policies. We recognize the importance of a work/life balance and the benefits that flexible work arrangements can have for you, both personally and professionally.
Workplace Wellness initiatives. Our Wellness and Learning programming throughout the year provides educational talks and health services to support your mind, health, safety and wellbeing at work. Additionally, each year the month of October is dedicated to our Group-wide Wellbeing Month initiative, which kicks off on World Mental Health Day.
Exercise and Fitness. We actively encourage fitness and provide exercise initiatives at the office, organise events and support our employees in participating in community running events, such as the Philadelphia Marathon in the US and the ING Marathon in Luxembourg, yoga and other sports-based programs.

Designed to ensure that together we continue to nurture an inclusive workplace where we all feel we can ask questions, share ideas and be heard, our annual employee opinion survey provides you with the platform to share your thoughts and give us feedback.
